1. We guarantee your installation date. Once you book your appointment, we guarantee we will begin your project that day. If we change the start date on you we will take $100 off your project cost.

3. We guarantee that your cabinet refacing will be completed within 1 to 2 days. Over 90% of all our jobs are completed in one day.

4. We guarantee that if your job will take longer than one day we will notify you by 1:00 p.m.

5. We guarantee that all outside wood edges are a full one-quarter inch solid wood.

6. We guarantee that refaced veneers will not separate or delaminate for as long as the original customer owns the home. If during this time period any refaced veneers separate or delaminate, we will repair or replace the veneer for FREE.

7. We guarantee that joined edges will not separate or delaminate for as long as the original customer owns the home. If during this time period any edges separate or delaminate, we will repair or replace the edge for FREE.

8. We guarantee that if you call us for any customer service issue, we will return your call the same or next business day.

9. We guarantee that any service work you request will be completed within two weeks of your request, depending on your availability during those two weeks.

10. We guarantee that if you have any problems with hinges or slides for up to two years after installation, we will adjust or replace for FREE.

11. We guarantee that all door hinges and drawer slides will be properly adjusted before the job is completed.

12. We guarantee that all our work will be fully inspected and approved by you using our Customer Care Checklist before we leave. If any item is not to your satisfaction we will fix or address the problem at once.
